KFC - Abbotsford, British Columbia

This used to be our go to location for kfc after tonight we won’t be back. When you spending almost $100 on a meal you expect your full order to be there on more then one occasion now we have be missing items and had to wait around even longer ... well the rest of our order sits in our vehicle getting cold I understand it can get busy but as someone who’s worked at a fast food place the screen shows what was ordered missing two larger items should not happen. Me and my girlfriend decided to get KFC on Mother’s Day due to their deal going on. Next day I get food poisoning. Thankfully my girlfriend did not get sick as she didn’t consume the white or dark meat, she only ate the tenders and popcorn chicken. So no I ... don’t recommend this location. Read more

Went in for take out lunch, wanted to try the new twister burger, so they had a $12.99 combo change fries to onion rings for .99 cents no-one in the place at high noon. Place my order and wanted the onion ring deal, paid over $14.00 at this point ... it’s ok. Lady disappears from view, i never get a receipt, even tho there is a huge pile on the counter. Lady finally comes out with my order, i go to my car, check my order there is some tiny wrap and fries. I take it back into the store and say this isnt my order. Apparently the wrap is right, very confusing!, but iasked about my fries and it was like she was doing me a favour to make the onion rings that i paid for (although who knows what i ordered at this point) i just walked out at this point…….. I went there 9pm on a Tuesday. Feb 20. Best service I've had in a long time. And the food was awesome. Whoever was running the counter knows what's up. They were awesome. Please give raise. They rock.

This is nice little place with lots of parking space. Cashier was very friendly and multitasking. Poor thing running around taking orders, answering customers questions etc with great smile. We ordered beyond meat spicy burger with mega fries and drink. Burger was great but fries were in small pack looks ... like McDonald’s small fries. Didn’t look like “mega” at all.
