Thamesford Pizza Company - Zorra, Ontario

I have given this place so many chances as I live in Thamesford. The one lady that works in there is not friendly at all and the pizza is disappointing. Asked for double cheese and barely any cheese on it. The wings were good.

I really don't like to post bad reviews but I hope this can be used constructively. I normally order a large 3 topping walk in special with 2L coke from a couple different locations in London. The price is just over $20. Tonight, I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza, and ... 2L coke from Thamesford pizza. I could not believe it was almost $32 for a smaller pizza. Also, my girlfriend reminded me of the last time I tried to order a walk in special. they would not let me order over the phone and walk in to pick it up so I did not have to sit and wait 20-30min for it to be made, which took me by surprise as I am still walking in to get the pizza. for a smaller pizza with one extra topping and to pay over $10 more, and to be able to order a special for pick up. I think most of my purchases will be back to the other small pizza shops. but I want to end on 2 positives. They were very generous with the amount of toppings, and it was a good pizza. If they can be more competitive price wise, and allow customers to call in and order walk in specials so you don't have to waste 20- 30min waiting for it to be made, I would for sure order from Thamesford pizza again. Thamesford pizza is the best pizza for miles. They have great wings, cheese fingers, garlic bread and pizza subs. It is a bit pricey but it is worth it.

Drove here from London today and should have turned around after I placed the phone call. The woman who took my order was incredibly rude and short with me. Was willing to overlook it, giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were busy. Went in to get ... my order and it totals more than I expected. There is a November 2 large 39.99 special, figured like all other pizza places I have been to I would just pay for the one extra topping. I questioned it nicely and the same woman tells me no because one of them has 4 toppings. I ask if I can pay for the one additional topping like I do at other pizza places. She responds "well no, then it's not the special". I replied I wished someone would have said something on the phone because I would have removed one topping. She then tells me "well you didn't ask for the special". It is such an ordeal ordering here. The pizza wasn't even that great and was soggy in some spots. You would think for being this snarky the pizza would be good. We will absolutely NOT be back. By reading other reviews it seems other people have had issues with the owners rude behavior.
