Super disgusting, rude restaurant, racism place. Will never come back. Super rude place, a very mean and racist server come to us and say we can’t even put the food on table (we know it is from outside so we mentioned it at beginning what should we do) and she said ... they will in trouble. However, at the beginning they said you can put it aside and that’s fine. Many white and other people they all have it on the side but no one care of, only us not allowed, they ask us in a very rude manner and super not respectful. Very disappointed, will never come back. Horrible rooms! Don't stay here! I spent one night in room number 3. When I say the toilet and the sheets where the only clean things in the room I mean it, couldn't breathe in the room the smell was so bad (carpet stains everywhere). Couldn't even take a shower ... it was so dirty, I had to go across the road to the variety to buy a air freshener. I couldn't plug in my laptop anywhere (plugs all broken). No fridge or microwave also. If you can travel to the next town, please do so. This place need to be shut down its that bad. Read more

Excellent pork hocks. The meat was tender and juicy. Ribs were ok. The meat was a little blended. By nature there was not too much meat on a pigtail (compared with ox tail) and the taste was better than expected. The servers were very nice, and attentive.

Good quick lunch. Fries and gravy were excellent. Grilled ham and chesse was good but could have been a little thicker and bigger, but that's a hungry me. Coffee cup kept full. Nice historic restaurant with hotel near Waterloo.

Our friend recommended this place to us and it was totally worth the hype! We got the pork hock platter and the meat was so tender, it easily falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. The size of this platter is quite generous and with a group of ... 4, we still had leftovers to take home! The food is fairly priced too! I can't believe I didn't hear about this restaurant until this year. It's a hidden gem just outside of the city. I'll be coming back! Read more
