I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. Upon arriving, I had high expectations for exemplary customer service; however, regrettably, this was not the case. The employees appeared to be more engrossed in their personal conversations rather than attending ... to my order. Furthermore, the food preparation process was lackluster, as the vegetables were carelessly thrown onto the flatbread, and I observed a concerning lack of hygiene practices. The two girls who were working today (April 14th 2:20pm) did a great job! Our sandwiches were amazing! Thank you!

Forgot to note down the name of the server, but he requires some basic courses in customer service. He served the bowl having 50% less quantity as compared to the picture displayed and when asked reply was unprofessional. Not recommended this spot. It was terrible . Person name Himanshu was having less knowledge regarding BOGO free deal . He was not cooperative.

Veryyyy bad service. There was a girl named Mannat. She was so non cooperate. We gave her order at 9.30 and while making our order she dealt with two other customers plus she prepared some online orders as well. We cooperated with her. We waited for almost 15 minutes while ... she was attending other customers in between making our order. However, at 9.50 she refused to make half of our order. She said that we didn't tell her complete order at the beginning and it is only 10 minutes left so I can't make your order. Also, she said we can go to st. Norbert location to get subs. We went there because it was a walk-in location from ours. It was so disrespect and annoying. We had a big order. We were having a party. However, she successfully destroyed it. From today onwards we'll never go there. So disappointed. Read more
