Subway - Winnipeg, Manitoba

I would like to find the owner of this location to describe in detail the way I was disrespected by the manager this afternoon. I asked about the price of the bottle Pepsi versus the fountain Pepsi, because the fountain machine is broken and her response to me was “ I ... don’t own this store”. When I asked for my receipt, she aggressively ripped it out of the register and threw it. She did not hand it to me, and she walked away. As I was leaving, I let her know that I sent a message to customer care, and she started yelling at me and acting like an animal quite honestly there was another customer in the store of the entire time from the beginning of, this to when we left, yes my husband was with me and he noticed from around the corner. He only heard her rip the receipt out of the register, but he could hear from around the corner that it was aggressive. I believe that this person is unprofessional to people all the time and I am not the first but I hope I’m the last because this is unacceptable to be treated this way as a customer she was glaring at me and completely unprofessional. Subway should be ashamed to have an employee like this. She also left the packaging from the toaster on our subs when she wrapped them at the end. Every other subway we go to they take that piece off so that when you open your sandwich you have a fresh clean piece of paper not the one from the toaster. As you can see the tear at the end of the receipt is from the way she aggressively ripped it out of the register. I should add that the front door was being held open by a table and chairs probably because the air conditioning wasn’t working. The place was stuffy. As I was leaving the store, she threatened me. Except the service everything is zero, Sandwich was pathetic, washrooms were so bad and only women washroom available. Please improve and maintain the hygiene as we are coming there to have food.

I recently ordered online from Subway, eagerly anticipating a delicious sub, only to be met with profound disappointment. As I unwrapped my meal, my excitement quickly turned to dismay as I discovered that essential toppings like pickles, onions, and banana peppers were missing entirely. Adding insult to injury, the pitiful ... excuse for green pepper consisted of just two tiny slivers. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening. Terrible experience. Their toaster was not working and the thing they used for grill was in too bad condition that I can literally see black particles on my sandwich. Who knows it can be plastic. I am not sure why owner had not replaced such a bad equipment. Definitely complaining ... to health department. Read more

I've been 3 times to this place, and each time has been bad. The person working there mangles my sub every time and doesn't properly close it, so when I go to eat it, half of my veggies fall out. I understand that people have off days, but 3 times ... I've given this place a chance and each one of them has been bad. I'm writing this review so people will have a better understanding of what they'll get, as well as a subway review so that maybe someway will notice. I'm never coming back to this location again, I'd rather walk the extra 5 minutes to another location to get better quality service. Read more
