Today dated 05-29-2024 , 22: 07 hrs, I placed an online order for pickup at this branch, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. When I arrived to collect my order, I was ignored by the employees multiple times, despite trying to get their attention. It seemed like they ... were prioritizing in-store customers over online orders, as people who came in after me were served before me. The whole point of ordering online is to save time and avoid waiting in line, but in this case, it felt like I was at a disadvantage. I was left standing there for an unnecessary amount of time, feeling like an afterthought. I hope this branch can improve their online order pickup process and train their staff to be more attentive to customers who have taken the time to order ahead. Love the professional friendly staff and manager. Always go to this location. Fresh quality veggies and sub ingredients! We had a small issue last visit and they were excellent about making it right. Highly recommend this location over any other in the area. Best service and food!

I ordered two subways through online app at 10.15. Pick up time was 10.35 but we had to wait another 20 minutes. Even after that the employee showed attitude and gave me a burnt subway. We got a sub ordered on Uber eats yesterday midnight 2/23/24 around 11:53:02 pm Were having it this morning when we realized the Turkey Rancher Sub had a medium-sized hair attached within the filling. My wife had just taken up a few bites before she saw this pulling out of ... the sub. This is clearly unacceptable and disgusting in the first place. I got no beef against the store, and I'm facing this issue having subway from pretty Long in Winnipeg. I don't know what to say here, not in a mood to come to the store and make an issue either, these things should not happen even though it's a mistake it should never happen. Market today comes with all equipment like hair nets to keep that hygiene. Just hope it's a lesson learned. Never should someone face this in the future. Read more

if i could give no stars i would. when i mistake was made going through the drive thru, they said they gave us our food but they didn’t. we asked if they checked the footage and they didn’t so after they did we asked to see for ourselves and seen ... we were never given our food. after been proven wrong the manager was extremely rude, laughing, and saying it was just a mistake but wouldn’t apologize for making us wait over a hour and locking us outside. we asked for a refund on our food and she laughed again saying no, yet one of her employees gave us free drinks at the end due to what had happened. i go to this subway often and was wonders before but now ill never go back! manager is some older asian women. terrible location!!!!!
