We were at pizza pizza tonight at between 8:30 PM and 9 PM he took our order wrong we want pineapple and extra cheese we didn't even got what we wanted in a pizza pizza and we had to paid for it
Staff will not honour their "20 minute or it's free" guarantee. I went to pick up my pizza that I ordered and the counter staff "gave my order away" to somebody with the same name, and phone number as I have. Weird. So I asked them to make me my ... order again and he insisted that I pay for it. I explained that it will have been a total of 45 mins since I placed my original order and because it was not in any way my fault that my pizza was not ready for pick up in 20 mins, their guarantee should stand. He required that I call their customer service centre and as soon as i did they requested to speak to the clerk (which was on my cell phone) He spoke the the customer service centre in the back of the restaurant then told me that he still won't honour the guarantee. Customer service took his side because apparently the person that picked up my order had the same credentials as me. So very frustrated at this point I agreed to pay so i could get my order. After 50 mins after my original order, 25 mins after i got the clerk to remake my order, I walk up to the till to pay and see that he didn't even put my pizza in the oven. Rather then getting even more mad and trying to get him to realize that he would indeed have to honour this mess up on his part, I walked out. I will never come to this Pizza Pizza again and will tell my experience to everyone i know. There is a new Pizza Pizza at Regent and Lag, they will be my new pizza place. Read more
Excellent pizza! Staff are friendly & kind. Still offer the 40 minutes or free delivery deal. I have yet to be disappointed. Great job!
