Poor customer service, i went to store 2 days ago to pick up my order . There was a customer she was overcharged , she told the cashier why they over charged her while she was given a different price over the phone. The employees were rude with her. Which ... was very rude. As a customer i felt very bad for her because she was only asking for money back that they overcharged her ,she was not yelling but there employees called her mental, get lost and after all this no apologies. I use to buy the pizza from portage location very nice customer service but I tried first time from sage creek location employee very unprofessional, did not greet to customer ,showes attitude . Horrible customer service, Actually zero customer service. I don't know why company hired these kind of people who do not know how to talk with customer.the cashier lady has bo clue how to treat customers. We ordered pizza over the phone and the guy told us told is ... 32&+ tax but when we went for pickup they charged us 44$ . When we told them why you guys over charged us than there is one guy start yelling on me and I clearly told them you guys told me 32$+ tax and 3 dipping why should I pay extra. If you guys dont know how to take order thats your fault . Why you are steeling mony. Honestly wasn’t feeling too great tonight. Came in around 8:50 just wanting a pep pizza fast and easy and they happily provided, great price for a hot cheesy delicious pizza! 🍕 can’t complain their service and compassion is amazing 🤩
