This location isn’t always the best, last time we got a pizza it was over cooked and crunched when I bite into it. Other times it’s pretty good.

I have been ordering Pizza Hotline for the past 10 years. I love their stuff. But today's visit was terrible. Boys night with my sons (5 & 8) so decided to get pizza after bowling to enjoy all star game. I ordered for pickup and arrived early. Paid right away and ... was told 10 minutes. I mentioned that I was cool with waiting. So I sat with my boys and luckily had access to a stream of the game. Dude who took my cash blankly looked at us for the first 30 minutes. Then for the next 20 I did not see him again. At the one hour mark I rang and they very quickly fetched my pizza, which upon asking was sitting there for a long period of time. I can confirm that as pizza was pretty cool by the time we got home. They offered a free drink, but I was feeling as inpatient as my 5 year old at that point. I hate to take my business somewhere else, but these kinds of events lead to that. Read more

pizza was good. but it took 3 people to take our order. also, I went there with 5 people, we ordered pizza and a bottle of pop to eat in. they have us our food and bottle of pop at our table. bit no plates or cups. we asked and they ... brought us plates, but were told they didn't have cups. If they didn't have cups, why would they sell us a bottle of pop, knowing we were eating in? The food is fine, but even though they have tables there, you can't really easy there. Read more

Went to go and pick up 4 pizzas the place was in disarray there was garbage on the tables the floor look like it hadn't been swept and maybe a couple of days the staff were very how would you say their customer service skills need to be improved use ... the washroom was very dirty not impressed my opinion of a restaurant if it's clean and tidy that's what the kitchen would look like and if the restaurant is dirty and filthy that's usually with the kitchen would look like so from now on will never order pizza from Pizza Hotline ever again Read more
