Not a fan of the Philly Cheese steak pizza. But be aware of how spicy the Buffalo chicken is. Great quality pizza. Not the cheapest so look for promotional codes on-line. Just make sure they are for your store.

I visited Manitoba and I wanted to try their papa Johns as I am a lover of their meals. I went to a function near Richfield Ave and traveling towards my hotel on Sargeant Ave. I asked google to locate one enroute. So I picked one and ordered my pizza. ... It said 4 mins detour. I tried calling but didn't get a response. So I tried to google the address and called again. Apparently I dialed the wrong number and drove toward the location.. it took 20 mins. Then told wrong shop. I was provide another address which was wrong. So I started my journey to the hotel hoping I would find the location. Then I got a call from the correct shop I ordered from. By this time it was 11 pm and they were closed. However, the young lady stayed an extra 25 mins to ensure I had a meal to eat. She was tired and her family was waiting. I must make it clear mistakes happen but it is how you deal with things. The young lady was professional, even though upset, because she didn't get to leave as plan. Approx. A month ago we order food from Dakota location. The order was incorrect, rather than fix the problem I was given attitude by management and message was not passed to General Manager as requested. I had to call back and get them. I was assured manager would be ... spoken to and given a credit for my next order. I contacted them today for this order and there is no credit for the issue. Our family will not be buying from any Papa John's in the city anymore. I will not support a company with such poor customer relations and so little concern for their products / clients as to lie to them and employ incompetent, rude, and ignorant people. Read more

Had an issue with the online ordering system and when I went to the store I asked to speak with the manager, they said no one was onsite. So I explained what I was experiencing and the lady got very upset and flustered saying that the online system was completely ... separate and there wasn't going to do anything because "Why would I fix that, it's not my mistake". When I explained that there was still a mistake and she's a representative of the company, and the company has made a mistake she started yelling and shouting "Are you not listening to me? It's not my fault, I'm not going to do anything about it." When I asked for contact information for the manager, she refused. When pressed again, she said "I'm not giving my personal information" I replied with "I asked for a manager, not for your information" she replied "I am the General Manager". Long story short - got lied to, was yelled at by an employee because the mobile app glitched and refused to do anything to fix because it wasn't her mistake. I was told the owner would contact me in the next few days by their 1-800 number. So far nothing. It's a shame, because this went from one of my favourite pizza places, to somewhere I wouldn't go again only because of this employee's terrible behaviour. This Pizza is amazing. Once we started ordering from Papa Johns, we don't go anywhere else. The stuffed cheese bread is to die for, and best of all, it's all made with unbleached flour!
