Pizza was cooked perfectly, I asked to have it cooked well done and they cooked the crust perfect, it wasn’t burnt. Everything from the service to the food was perfect, great job guys!
Second time ordering from them. First was a pick up, "training" and screwed up the pizza sizes. Second time tonight. Ordered at 2:30 pm for a delivery at 6. Called at 6:10 hours. Asked of there was a delay. Got a "yessss and he is leaving riiiiggght now" ... No ... apologies. Can't wait to see what shows up. Unfortunately, we aren't able to request delivery from Gondola South that has in the past, gotten things right on pick up. Read more
Ordered two pizzas on the anniversary special. Aloha was very good and the combo was over cooked and dry, and that has been the usual case . This is the fifth time the combo has been over cooked of six times of ordering. It's a pizza, it isn't that difficult ... to cook. Why can they cook one perfectly and the other so overdone. Did the cook leave for smoke or pee break? Will not order from here again! I don't expect a reply from a representative as their is no response for other reviews. Flyer says “Products may not appear exactly as shown”. Boy was that true! Opened the box and the look of the pizza was very disappointing nothing like the picture. Tried Gondola years ago and didn’t care for it but thought we would try again. We ordered the Classic Italian Combo ... and it was awful, almost like they forgot the sauce. Very dry and not appealing at all. Glad we got the deal because I would be extra angry if I paid full price and got an unappetizing pizza! We prefer Little Caesar’s cheaper and tastier!!! Read more
