Frank’s Pizza - Winnipeg, Manitoba

We ordered a pizza tonight at one of our fav spots in Selkirk, and what a disappointment . We requested half combo half cheese for the kids and when we opened our box 2/3 was cheese and 1/3 regular, same price …. I called to speak to the “Manager” ... who informed me they do their best and can’t do anything about it. Coming from the hospitality industry I have never been more disappointed with the way a manager resolved a customer’s concerns. Rude and unaccommodating. Second time now the pizza was not as good as it used to be. Pizza I had today was over cooked on top and pretty sure there was a lot less cheese than there used to be on it, I almost didn’t take it after I saw it. Very disappointing, ... but I will try one more time and if it still doesn’t get better, that will be strike 3 and I will no longer be a customer there. Read more

Lovely place! Cheese curds are to die for highly recommend! I also purchased the Tyroni pizza thin crust, pizza overall has a great taste, it was a little flimsy for my liking & the pepperoni could of been crispier. That’s also just my personal preference for thin crust pizza to be a ... little bit crispy but some people love a softer pizza. Overall very good taste an amazing amount of cheese which was exceptional. Would highly recommend this place & will be trying something else again next time. Read more

My family and I usually only order from here for pizza. And for the last few times the service and food quality has been horrible, like aboustley horrible. Like we ordered last night a large tyroni with extra cheese, and apparently this is with extra cheese, it doesn't look like ... extra cheese. I have ordered in the past extra cheese and you can see the difference. Apparently you pay $4.75 for 5 extra slices of cheese apparently. I called them the next day about saying I am not satisfied with the pizza because it didn't meet the expectations. I guess they lost a customer because she didn't even offer us a deal next time we come in, with inflation that's the least they can do. Not worth $46. Read more
