Nice staff, hot food, gross as all sin in the bathroom. I get they’re busy, but delegate someone to clean the bathrooms.

I went through drive-through early in the morning. No one was in line at that time. Food was hot fresh I like going there for breakfast and having their steak and egg on a homestyle biscuit, they have this sauce that goes on there which is great. I've been a regular customer at this coffee shop for a while, but lately, the experience has been subpar. The staff seems to be very short, resulting in long lines and wait times ranging from 15 to 20 minutes just to get a simple coffee. It's frustrating to see them ... prioritize drive-thru customers while neglecting those of us waiting in line inside. Moreover, it's evident that the staff spends more time chatting amongst themselves than efficiently serving customers. I hope the management addresses these issues soon, as it's driving loyal customers like me away. Read more

Beautiful day for a drive grabbed a coffee and bagel with cream cheese and a smile cookie. Bagel was burnt black and icing on cookie was no smile never going to this location bad service

rarely open 2nd til even when lineup 10 staff on this a.m. about 9:30 lots of excuses why not, but all lame when asked why not open always something brocken men's toilet has been loose at floor mounts for months. tap doesn't work properly garbage receptacle in men's washroom held close ... with tape, for at least a month. one entrance door closed , not working. it will be a month before fixed based on past repair times. patio tables are very dirty & stained , even concrete can be cleaned . outdoor patio covered in dirt & cigarette butts same with drive through area near door front landscaped garden along Henderson has cups & litter throughout.
