I was at this kfc the other night when I ordered a share bucket they asked me to wait 10 minutes for my food. It was then given to the wring car who then took it back in to get there proper meal. They then just repackaged ... the food in a new bag and when I got home I went to eat and someone had eaten half of my chicken strip and put it back I'm the box's. They did not follow policy and gave me food that should have been discarded. They replaced the meal. And told me I could get 15 dollars in store credit. I walked in to get some lunch at about 1:30. Nobody at the counter finally some one with a head set on saw me and then proceeded to ignore me. There was no one in the restaurant nor was there any cars in the drive though. Finally I left as ... it was clear that that I was not going to get any service. I recorded the video 20 minutes after I got my order. This single biscuit was $3.12 after tax and hard as a brick. The cashier also seemed to be having a bad day. Not sure what’s going on over there.

I just ordered original chicken at this branch and was so disappointed when I got home. The chicken was tooooooo small specially the legs. Not worth it. Too far from jollibee. Such a disappointment with our order from this KFC. Ordered for pick up and when I got there I noticed the fries boxes are different and are much smaller than the other ones they had before. Not only that, it was only filled up with fries about 3 quarters. I ... asked him, how is that going to serve 5 people and told him since the boxes are smaller they should fill them up. He just said our manager changed it and they can’t do much about it. When I got to the house, opened up the stuffing, it was all soggy and sticky. The chicken was greasy and we all got like 20 fries each. Never again will I order from there. KFC on McPhillips and Inkster is by far the best one I’d say. Read more
