Great food, welcoming staff, but portions are smaller when compared to competitors.

I had a great time here! I enjoyed talking with the owner and learning about the different dishes. It's more of a take out restaurant. They only have 2 tables inside, so be prepared to not get a spot to dine in. The food was very authentic Mexican and delicious, ... however, the portion size was pretty small. Best authentic tacos in Winnipeg! Their birria tacos are one of the best. You can get the extra sides and drink for an additional $4. Carnitas, empanadas and churros were amazing as well. Food: authentic & delicious Service was slow but good Location: rough area of the city They only have 2 tables and 8 bar chairs. We got there around 12, waiting 20-30 min for our order. 15 mins later the place was packed. I suggest ordering before showing up.

Great authentic style tacos! Order a trio of chorizo and steak tacos and a side of Mexican rice. Tacos were very good and the rice was flavorful. Total was 13.50$, but I ordered the tacos and rice individually instead of getting a combo. Overall really enjoyed it and would definitely ... return.
