It was my first time eating here, and right off the bat the lady behind the counter explained how it worked to me. She was patient as I picked my ingredients and went through all the steps. She even agreed to add some cilantro on the side once I noticed ... that there was some available and my burrito was rolled up. I was then passed to her colleague at the cash who offered to open up my burrito to add the cilantro. I thanked her but declined. She was even more pleasant than her co-worker had been and her smile was so warm, wide and genuine, that even if I was 4 provinces over from home, I felt right at home! Food was good as always but the staff were weirdly sexist and traditionalist. Went with my girl best friend (I am a guy) and they assumed that I was going to order for her, even though there was zero indication that that was the plan. I ordered through Uber eats because they can a 2 for 1 deal on the quesadillas, I also ordered a side of chips and queso. The way they packaged the food was horrible. They literally just tossed it into the cardboard container and sent it off. The food was all completely ... soggy and everything was stuck together. On top of that somehow certain parts were burnt on the outside. It was incredibly salt as well unfortunately. The chips were good but I would not recommend the quesadillas. Pretty disappointed. Awesome place to have a great mexican meal. Burrito Bowls are da bomb , and the loaded nachos are da best 👌 👏

Tortillas broke and were cold... not a great experience. Update: 10.18.2023. We went back and we had a way better experience with the tacos and the food in general. Excellent customer service!
