My first time here was amazing. I came alone and got good recommendation from the waitress. Everything was absolutely perfect. The oyster was fresh. The Saikyi black cod was the star among the dishes. The seasoning in sauce and the puree was smooth and catchy. The sashimi platter and blue fin tuna ... nigiris were no discussion. Fresh and melting in my mouth. The una don buri was just fine. However, the karaage chicken was crispy but it is kinda bland even after i dipped the pieces in the sauce. For the miso soup, i can still smell the tofu and it is too thick and firm. The trio dessert was so greatly combined like a song. From something icy and cold to warm and soft. This is my go-to Japanese food whenever I am in town. I usually come here for ramen during lunchtime, but recently I went for dinner. I enjoyed everything we ate. The staff is friendly, and I love the new interior.
