Delicious sushi, wonderful service, cocktails were very good and fairly priced. Came for my moms birthday and they brought out a delicious dessert with a candle! Can’t wait to come back with friends.

Dinner before the opera last night. Haven't been since the "before times" and truly missing their scallops - little pillows of delight flamed at your table. (Don't misinterpret, all their menu is stellar.) It was crazy busy as a Friday and filled with pre-event diners, but service was impeccable and ... engaging. We tried here because we saw lots of 5 star reviews as we love trying Japanese restaurants., we're very disappointed to celebrate Valentine's Day date here . Poor service, we waited more than 30 min for our orders, server didn't get all our orders. No checking how's everything. ... Price is not even worth it on their rolls and nigiri (shown in the picture)and soft crab. Soft crab is too salty. Our favorite appetizer in every Japanese restaurants is agedashi tofu,they didn't meet our expectations. Thin or too small. Miso soup? 3.35$ small portion and nothing is wow! One Good thing are their bento boxes. Paid 200$ and unsatisfied. Read more

The building has a lot of charm but the ambience/decor is unexciting. We ordered: Cajun Seared Salmon Sashimi , $19. 9/10 Salmon ... Sashimi, $18. 10/10! Spicy Ben Roll, $14.5. 10/10! We went there as 2 couples for a dinner out. The food was decent but nothing over the top. Even the roll that came highly recommended was tasty but nothing mind blowing. The server was very nice and attentive she did a great job taking care of us. The place ... it's self seems a little run down. The decor needs a little pick me up.
