If you only want light or half sauce on a pizza apparently they don’t know how to do so, was told by 2 different people. I guess that’s what you get when they hire just anyone and everyone . Called to order some pizza .could not hear the person on the line kids yelling. Dogs barking, then they hung up had to phone again. Pizza was not great .pizza huts the way to go.

Ordered an XL 4-topping pizza for pickup at the Kenaston Pizza Hotline late Friday night, ate half of it when I got home and woke up with food poisoning the next morning and was sick for 3 days after that. How do I know it was for sure the pizza? I ... hadn't eaten all day prior to having the pizza, so that was the only thing in my stomach that day. Not sure if the ingredients weren't stored at proper temperatures, or if it was because their internet was down and the worker kept running to the back with his food prep gloves on to check to see if the internet was working and touching god knows what before using the same gloves to make my pizza... but either way, I'm not ordering from this location anymore. Pizza Hotline is somewhat of a hit or miss for us. Paying almost 30 bucks for an XL pizza with four toppings, including taxes, delivery, and tip. The pizza came quick, but it was warm at best, had almost no sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, and the toppings seemed like a ... last-minute addition. For a few years they were my goto for pizza....awesome prices and honestly really good pizza. The prices are still very competitive but I feel the pizza has gone downhill. I really like their sauce and this is my main complaint. They seem to barely use any! ... Another poster commented this as well. I even asked for extra sauce and there was hardly any. I hope they read these comments and take them to heart. Have an option for light or more sauce perhaps. Next time I will take them back and ask for a refund. Read more
