Pizza Hut - Winnipeg, Manitoba

This is my first time in Winnipeg. And i stop to order pizza at this store. To be honest this is the worst experience i ever had. First i call them they did not answer, when i walk in to the store for placing my order. Nobody was came to ... take my order then i shout after 2-3 minutes a guys come with dirty cloth and half mask. I try to walk in the dining area and it was smelling so bad. This Pizza Hut is always good to us, the only problem is allergy to onions and you do not have the option of letting them know, on line. All and all they make awesome Pizza and we order from them every two weeks. Thank-you to Paul and the Managers at ... this location for always remembering or if it slips through they give us a free Pizza or last time we got a huge cookie which was really nice of them! Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in a very long time. Can't comment on the dine in experience as my family just ordered online. We ordered for pick up at 545pm (ordered online at 509pm) and got to Pizza Hut at around 552pm and the 3 pizzas were ready to go. Cashier ... greeted me politely (much appreciated), paid for the order, and he asked me if I needed plates and napkins (very much appreciated). Cost is more on the pricier side, and if not for the promotion being offered my family would not be ordering here as there are other pizza competitors in the city. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. Could have used more pizza sauce, but I guess I just have to request more next time. Read more

Ordered the triple box meal on December 30/17. It's -35° and the pizzas arrived warm considering. Pizza itself was delicious. Typical greasy pan pizza fare. The only complaint was one of the pizzas (BBQ chicken thin crust) was horribly cut, resulting in huge/tiny odd shaped pieces. We went for the lunch buffet and it was good, the only thing was the variety they offered while I was there didn't have many meat varieties, just veggie ones. Place was clean though and the service was good.
