Every time I go to pick up my order, their gate is always closed, and I have to call them to come and open it. It's quite inconvenient and feels like a waste of time. Also the bald guy is the rudest person I have ever seen. The pizza may be ... okay, but the hassle of having to call to get in every single time is starting to outweigh the quality of the food. I hope they can find a solution to this issue, like keeping their gate open during business hours or installing a buzzer system. The absolute BEST gluten free pizza I’ve had …and I’ve tried lots 😂😋 When I called to order, I spoke to the manager Steve who reassured me he takes all the necessary precautions in the preparation process as he himself is Celiac. I had bacon pepperoni sausage and green pepper. ... We also had gluten free chicken fingers and fries with honey dill sauce that Steve makes himself; also terrific!! He gave us a sample of gluten free bacon Alfredo pasta and it too was yummy! My non-Celiac teenager ate most of it! Best pizzeria in the city. Ordered Italian combination last night, it was amazing. Great staff and service, manager is very friendly. Will order again.

The male employee that was working on June 23 at 4PM has to be one of the most rudest people that I have ever dealt with. He's argumentative and IMHO seems to have a narcissistic personality. Because one time we had called to give feed back on a Boss Pizza ... that we had ordered (indicating that it tasted more salty than previously and questioned if perhaps they had altered some ingredients), he took it upon himself to flag our phone number and even though we had ordered the Boss again after that from the same location, on this date (when we got him on the phone), he informed us that he won't take the order. He stated "I'm not going to sell you something that's going to make you sick and you will need to order something else other than the Boss). When I made it clear to him that we had NEVER stated that we had gotten sick from the food served there and that he was putting words in my mouth. He agreed that we hadn't but still refused to take our order. When I tried to inform him that I was good with the Boss, he took it upon himself to talk over me and to make a story shorter, he once again said that he won't sell me something that will make us sick, added "I'm not going to argue with you" and then hung up the phone on me. I've never ever experienced such demeaning treatment from an employee that's dealing with the public. I tried calling back to get his name but he must have been re-directing my calls to the answering machine because I couldn't get through to get his name, for the sake of writing the corporate office. My presto Pizza wasn't as good as the Boss but at least I didn't have to feel demeaned in order to acquire it. Excellent food and great customer service! They take extra precaution for their GF menu items that many other pizza places do not. Overall great experience.
