Café 22 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

On June 17 at around 9.30pm I ordered wings for dine-in. The wings were ok but when I went to use the washroom it was locked. I asked for staff to open it and a larger east indian lady lied to me saying that all washrooms are broken. There was ... no signs posted on the washroom doors. I did see the other customer using it before me - the other lady opened the door for him while this lying one was away. Too bad you spent money to upgrade dine-in when really it's none existent. No table service so at the counter I ordered for dine-in. Got shouted for pickup, boxed pizza and can pop, that's ALL! I asked for a straw or glass and serviettes, told got ... none but gave me serviettes. So sat down to eat etc, but had to leave as it was way too cold plus definitely not dine-in atmosphere. You sure messed up Cafe 22 totally. I won't be coming back for dine-in and probably not much for pickup either. That's prime restaurant but not like this! Read more

It's a good place to hang out with friends. The food is not their strong point, the wings were burned, salty and super dry. The pizza is ok, I love the cheese sticks. Don't even bother ordering the nachos, a bunch of dry tortilla chips covered by cold ... cheese and some jalapenos. Servers are pushy. Read more

Ordered and paid for ranch. Store did not include ranch. I phoned and got delivered and ranch was half filled up. Very poor experience with this pizza hotline. I also had asked to speak with supervisor and am still waiting two days later. Pizza Hotline needs to do better with ... customer service. Read more
