They do have the worst Samosas . I went there because my friend recommended me. Those are not cooked from inside properly. The waitress was too rude. Also, they reprepared our order and then also it was uncooked from inside . Moreover, instead of being apologetic , the attendant girl ... started to argue with me. Hi, I am here to share my experience at your restaurant. Today I visited with my family, we order 2 plate Bathura with extra 2 bathuras and 2 mango lassi. The food was awful bathuras are like papad,Too hard to eat . When I ask to give me owner nb, ... they didn’t gave me. I talk to chef he said “owner ask us to put little amount of material.”. and we can’t change it . It is what it is.. is this a way to talk?? We didn’t even eat and paid for no reason we left restaurant.. they give us owner nb. when we insist . we called owner 2 times they didn’t answer it.. 2 days ago I bought 3lb fish with 40 mint waiting time .. bcz they forgot to make my order .. Hi i m writing my experience here,, today i went to restaurant and order fish 3lb they said to wait for 15 mints and we waited for 25 mints after that i visited to the counter they said which order?? Is this a way to treat customer?? They said ... kitchen person forgot to make your order.. i asked them to give me owner’s nb they didn’t gave me although they felt sory. But i don’t have that much time time to wait but nothing i could do bcz i have already paid.. i didn’t created a scene bcz there were more customers standing .. i m writing here bcz if i had owner’s nb then i wouldn’t be here to write.. bye bye Read more

Terrible Experience from past few months!! On August 12,2023 & September 3,2023 - We ordered about 25-35 Samosas and they were all uncooked. Didn't bother to fry them again like they usually do. We have been ordering from them for couple of years now and never had this issue before. I ... think it's because of the new employee they've hired recently. I've attached pictures from September 3rd for uncooked Samosas they gave me at first and the cooked ones they prepared once I called with the complaint. On Oct 20,2023 - Ordered 30 Samosas at 10:30 am - They said they will be ready by 11:10 am. Went in to pick them up at 11:20 am , they said that Samosas aren't ready and we have to wait for another hour. Cancelled our order and ended up ordering from another place. Unfortunately this restaurant didn’t make it. Started off as a good restaurant but they just couldn’t keep up to the service and taste. I spent 400$ for a family dinner and had such a bad experience. The food was tasteless and burnt. I’m sorry for their loss!
