Horrible Dining Experience at Clay Oven! We recently visited Clay Oven for dinner, and it turned out to be a nightmare. We discovered hair in our food not once, but twice. This level of negligence in food hygiene is appalling and unacceptable. It completely ruined our appetite, and we couldn't continue ... with our meal. To make matters worse, the staff was indifferent when we brought the issue to their attention. No proper apology or attempt to rectify the situation was made. It was the worst dining experience we've ever had, and we will never return to this restaurant. Clay Oven needs to seriously address their hygiene standards and customer service. It's a nice restaurant, not only for tasty food but also the wonderful experience with Raman, who is a helpful and friendly person who help us to find great choice for food and entree. The food there can be grade for 80 but Raman makes 100 marks service and great ... attitude. Delicious curry and salad just feed us but Raman makes me feel like home. Read more
