So I don't very often post reviews but this Chinese filipino or Vietnamese lady at this location absolutely sucks she never puts anything in the order even after I gave order for extra cheese curds she didn't put it in there she is always looking to cut corners and this ... is not fair to the customer me and my freind got both NY fries and the other Indian girl actually put the extra cheese curds in there and you can actually see the difference it's not only me my coworkers also said the same thing she does it like it comes out of her pay cheque absolutely horrible experience NY fries is a good company but this lady just absolutely piss me off especially with that order and she always does that management should actually look into it just get the A and W it's better cheaper and they don't cry about cheese curds Read more

Great variety and quality at New York Fries. Fresh, flavorful dishes, friendly service, and a vibrant atmosphere. Clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the New York Fries at polo park. Overall, an excellent experience.

New york fries polo park is amazing. The food is really good and the staff are super friendly. They even help you to customize your order according to your taste. Really loved it. Will definitely come back again.

Really disappointed in my last trip to this location. I’ve been served good poutines here in previous years but I guess the new workers don’t care as much or they changed how much gravy they give and the portions. The guy under filled the regular sized box and there is ... barely any gravy.. very very disappointing.
