Panago Pizza - Winnipeg, Manitoba

I'm from Toronto, Panago pizzas just opened up here not long ago and i love it. Was surprised to see it in Winnipeg as well when i visited the city last week. Tried the Panago on Reenders and it was FANTASTIC! Such an upbeat atmosphere, the service ... was PHENOMENAL! It is owner operated and that guy is awesome! You can tell he really cares about his quality and service. Pizza places are a dime and a dozen in all Canadian cities, and Winnipeg is no different. Tired of the "special" promotions from Pizza Hotline that usually end up with more than what i would expect to pay for a pizza of subpar quality, i decided to try various pizza ... joints. Pizza hut is plain and pricey, Garbonzo's above average in taste but totally not worth the price. Santa Lucia has special toppings and flavors that are actually delicous but their prices aren't for the regular pizza consumers who want to save for tuition/cars/mortgage/wedding. Carbone's decent and they try to push boundaries with mixed results sometimes but their pricing is nothing remarkable. Boston pizza has better quality than Pizza Hotline but they also aren't worth the price unless they have promotions. Panago pizza remains one of my favorites in terms of taste (fresh ingredients) and prices (especially with promotions, which are available all the time). They also have gluten free options for folks with celiac's disease. Best bang for the buck if you are looking to gorge on pizza often and still feel healthy (and not guilty). This store at reenders have decent customer service. A++ WOULD DEFINITELY COME OFTEN. Read more

The quality of the ingredients from the dough to the toppings sets them apart from other pizza places. If you want to taste the difference between a mainstream pizza place vs high quality pizza (Panago) I suggest Panago and you'll never order from your old pizza place ever again.

Great selection of freshly made, amazingly tasty and good looking pizzas. Friendly service both instore and out while delivering. I've been a regular customer for over a year now. They are fast, they are determined to maintain superior customer service, and their pizza is simply delicious. My favourite pizza is ... chicken club, but everyone (including vegetarians) will find one to their own taste. And also DO NOT FORGET to try different flavoured chicken wings, salads, cheezy and Tuscan bread as well as cinnamon breadsticks. This pizza is some of the best pizza I've had in this city. The toppings are always fresh and you can't beat the 6 dollar personal size and drink lunch deal. Considering the closest comparison is little caesars or pizza pizza, there really is no choice. The quality of Panago's ... surpasses both Pizza Hut and Boston Pizza. Been coming here for a long time and make sure I stop in for lunch whenever I'm working in the area! Read more
