My experience at Freshii was highly disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Save your time and money and choose a different restaurant.The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Initially, they asked me to contact them through email regarding ... my concerns. Despite doing so, I did not receive a response even after three days. They also promised that the owner of the restaurant would reach out to me directly, but that never happened. My recent experience at Freshii was disappointing.The service was slow, and when I asked for extra rice, I encountered rudeness and was informed of an extra charge, receiving only a small portion. The staff's lack of politeness made me uncomfortable. When my food finally arrived, it lacked freshness and flavour, ... the vegetables were limp, and overall, the quality did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the restaurant was poorly maintained with dirty tables and spills on the floor. Considering the high prices, I had expected a much better dining experience. I eat at Freshii A LOT…but not the Dakota location as it is not near where I live. Today I pooped in quickly while running some errands. The employee was very rude. I was very excited to come to the store to have my meal. I entered and it smells bad! Then I asked to use the washroom and I wished if I did not, it was disgusting not clean. After that I was waiting for my order to have it in ... the store. The guy gave it to me in a dirty plate, has food around and then I told him this is not clean and he did. I came to sit to have my food and table was not clean at all, it has left over food! It was very bad experience for me! Finally I put my plate on the catering table and it has plates there looks like they have been there for at least 2 hours! Preparing area is just a miss!
