The employee working didn't listen to my order properly, then made a bit deal out of correcting it while giving me a cold burrito.

If I had the choice to give this place 0 stars I would. Service has gone to the drain, the ladies working there are extremely rude. I used to go there weekly, today was definitely my last time to visit this restaurant. I ordered 2 veggie combos, over $27 for our order, ... our veggie burritos hardly had anything in them, the taste was awful, the Mexi fries were cold, the drink was flat, on top on that you have to pay $.35 for extra hot sauce. Save your money and go someplace else, not worth what you pay for what you get. Read more

Food was OK, price really shows this franchise is beginning to circle the drain . 35 cents for an extra hot sauce packet. 22 dollars in total where just next booth over was a full plate of kimchi and bottle drink for 17 dollars.

I always appreciate the customer service at the Garden City Taco Time. The workers are all super friendly, great portioned tacos for Taco Tuesday (best day of the week) and SUPER CLEAN! Keep it up Taco Time Garden City!

nothing wrong with the food but make sure to get your receipt from there because they charged me $10 for a small mexi fries.. i noticed right after i already tapped. when i asked them about it they tried to tell me no i was not charged $10 and that ... the 4.41 tip they had added on wasn't actually charged.. i proceeded to check my bank account immediately and show them that I was charged the amount on the receipt lol like i have eyes and i can read so i know what tip means. then while waiting for my food i heard them try overcharging the guy right after me as well. i wonder how many times they got away with stealing and fraud Read more
