Absolutely gross, started with the drink I tried while waiting for my food. Flat diet Pepsi. Asked for a regular pepsi, instead they changed the tank and gave me another diet Pepsi. And it was even worse! And she said it'll be better. Then I had my food. Leg ranch ... chicken burrito. So gross. The lettuce was old and soggy. Terrible service. As per my visit I order before other people and got my food last. I ordered 1 soft taco, 1 burrito and mexi fries. Got a very small taco, burrito and mexi fries which seemed to be child size or something which I asked not to be small ... sized. The mexi fries were so small! I asked them to make them bigger which they charged me again for the fries but larger sized so I was charged twice for 1 order of mexi fries. Then I waited twice as long. I told them I didn't have much time and it didn't seemed to matter to them because they were just standing there talking to their co worker's. Not only that I asked for a combo but instead was charged separately for everything costing me $20 for what I had ordered. I would never order of them again! Read more

Never had TacoTime anywhere that tasted like this. Ordered hard shell Taco Tuesday tacos and the meat (beef) was so dry and hardly seasoned. It was like they used the last of the meat that had been sitting there for hours and was practically starting to burn because it was ... so dried out. The flavour was so far off from what it should be for TacoTime. Hardly any other toppings besides loads of lettuce. Tacos were so much lighter and cheaper than other locations. Do not recommend going to this location as quality and overall value very much lacking. Read more

During my last visit I ordered quite a few items and a large fountain drink. Got to my table, ate my food and realized they did not give me my drink. Went back to the counter about the drink and the worker, which i think was a supervisor ... told me she is sure she gave it to me. She didn’t even serve me. We argued back and forth as i asked her if she is saying i am lying. She just kept reiterating she is sure i got one. Eventually she did give me one but she did not want to nor apologize for me not getting one. Well, no more going here and I don’t recommend anyone go here with this kind of attitude. Read more

Visited on Burritto Thursday to get the buy on get half second deal and really disappointed. The classic was all lettuce and with thin add ons for cheese and beef, the beef and chees was smaller in size but full of beef, crisp meats are always good. ... So my problem is I was charged for the lowest cost crispy beef with a discount for 2, but full charge for the other 2 burriottos. Not a deal at all and feel overcharged and took advantage off with portions. What happened Taco Time, Covid and supply chain issues are over so no excuse to rip off the customer, is there.
