We ordered two beef and cheese burritos, one hard shell taco, a large deluxe Mexi fries and drinks. When we got our meal, there was no cheese on anything, and it was all just barely warm. My husband returned to the counter to show the people working there, and they gave ... him one tiny plastic container - the kind you used to serve salsa in - filled halfway with cheese. He asked for more and they begrudgingly topped the container up about 3/4 of the way. The tater tots were barely cooked; they were still white and soggy. The oil tasted old and rancid. We didn’t expect to be receiving a fine dining experience, but we did expect to get what we ordered. Haven’t been to taco time in years. Ordered the veggie burrito and it was disappointing. The burrito was flavourless with little toppings and lot of beans. For the $12 spent on this mediocre excuse for a burrito I would have rather gone to the many local Mexican spots in ... Winnipeg: BMC, JC taco, Habanero Sombrero and Burrito Delrio.
