The Indian girl who were working at the reception on March 5th or 6th at night, named J.K , and she wears glaces, initiated a conversation with my husband, asking about his background and job. She then requested his contact information and assistance in getting hired at his workplace. This ... behavior strikes me as unprofessional for several reasons: it blurs professional boundaries by soliciting favors from clients and creates a conflict of interest. Giving the fact that my husband shouldn’t have responded to her to begin with, and that this whole situation was awkward, I choose not to disclose further details of the incident, but I've decided not to return to your location due to the experience with J.K. Shoutout to the lovely employee making sandwiches by herself, serving customers and online orders at 3 am. She was stressed but did an amazing job. I know she also has to prep for the morning staff too and dealt with a really rude man (not her fault whatsoever). Please give ... this woman a raise!! She made two sandwiches with nothing but love. Just went to the restaurant to grab my chicken teriyaki rice bowl, the Indian girl, wearing the mask was so rude , have zero customer service skills , have no etiquette to deal with the customers. She add only 2-3 pieces of chicken teriyaki to my rice bowl, when I ... told her that whenever I eat rice bowl no one ever put this much less chicken , she replied to me in a very unprofessional way and said “ we only give that much “.
