I had a disappointing experience at this pizza place. Despite having placed over 650 orders from other Domino’s locations without any issues, this is the first store where I’ve consistently had to complain. The pizza was terrible, and to make matters worse, I can no longer order from the store ... closest to my house. When I raised my concerns about the food quality, the Indian staff responded rudely instead of addressing the issue. The pizza from this location is simply not up to standard. Absolutely awful. Ordered a hand tossed large pepperoni and ham. We received what Domino's was famous for before they revamped the recipe - a thin piece of cardboard with barely any cheese and a teaspoon of pizza sauce. Not to mention the top was almost burnt. My last pizza was made for 130 Saturday lumch and the girl made me the best Domino's pizza I've ever had . All comes down who builds your pizza and and amount of toppings they decide to put on . She did a hell off a good job and was ... not cheap wth them . Excellent . Don't put many odds pretty lame . Read more

VERY DISSATISFIED. Normally dominos is great, but tonight they messed up our pizzas and then when we called to get it fixed they put us on hold for 10 minutes. We're rude when we asked them to remake our pizzas. He read the order in the system showing us we ... didn't order wrong. Then it took an hour to get us the replacements. Another note the delivery driver called my personal cell number three times instead of buzzing my apartment and went to the back door way out of the way, which I wrote in delivery instructions to go to the front door with my buzz code. So I’ve usually had somewhat decent service from these guys but I’m so disappointed tonight. I waited for almost an hour for a pizza to be delivered 1.3 km. It wasn’t very hot when it arrived. And I had asked for triple pineapple (when I say triple I mean like ... 20 pieces of pineapple PER SLICE)… as if it’s so expensive to add extra pineapple. I even paid for extra and it looked like they put on the average amount. Anyone who loves Hawaiian will agree. This is disappointing. Honestly I can’t wait to move so I can start calling on a different location. We have tried calling the one on Marion but they said we had to call the Lakewood one. Get it together guys. Edit - I ordered the same item today and I have to say WOW it was good!!! I did not want to stop eating it!! Now THAT is how you make a pizza!! My faith is restored. Thanks guys! Good job!!
