Just recived delivery order. Looks like pizzas were dropped one of the pizzas were wrong. Couldn't eat them needed to be returned. 45 min extra wait time. Called store manager said I could have 50 percent off next order or they could remake the pizzas. Does this this seem ok?

in the last 6 months to a year, they've gone from actually good to "well it's good for dominos" to "what were they thinking?!" fully 1/4 of the pizza I picked up today doesn't have any toppings. if I ever order from here again, and that's a pretty big if, ... Took more than 1 hour to get the pizza. And the pizzas we got were literally burnt and super super dry. It was like legit BURNT. Please see attached photos Tried calling the store after the delivery. But apparently no one is picking up the call.

Both pizza's are exploding with sauce, some of the dough is only half cooked. I even ordered an hour ahead and ordered cini bites, and they gave me garlic bites with a icing dip. I called when i saw the garlic and they said their sorry and gave me credit, ... then they hung up the phone. Ate the pizza and couldnt get past 2 pieces.
