This store is so incompetent and ridiculous already.. We placed an order last Wednesday (I have the order email to confirm this.) One of our pizza's was made incorrectly, we called back that same day to a woman answering the phone told us to call back and let them know ... we wanted it remade and delivered out. She was rude and impatient. She did not give us a code or put a note on my file. Today July 2, 2024 we called in to redeem this pizza and order another item. When my partner called in they completely dismissed her and hung up on her. When she asked for the gentleman's name so she knew who to refer to next time we called in he hung up on her. This is completely inappropriate and very unprofessional, not to mention disrespectful for an employee to do that to a customer and not come to a resolution. Ordered a couple of pizzas online for my kids. Showed up at the appointed time, they weren't ready. Eventually someone tells me they messed up and they have to restart. Over half an hour from the time I walked in, still no pizza. I left and went to Little Caesar's ... nearby instead, walked out with two pizzas in under one minute. I get that mistakes happen, that's understandable. But not correcting them and simply wasting your customers' time is unacceptable. I ordered a pizza online and came into the store to pick it up. There were two men working, well one working the other being useless. The one working man is making pizza and acknowledges that it will be done in 3 minutes. Awesome no problem. The second man as I came ... to learn is the “‘Manager Ryan”. He was standing at the front when I walked in, didn’t acknowledge me, wouldn’t take my money and told me the other guy would handle it. He then proceeds to wander around the back and look for every problem he can to yell at the one working man for ( while he’s making pizza). He spoke to that employee like garbage. I felt badly for the guy, he shouldn’t be spoken to like that in general and much less in front of customers. Yelling “that’s a write up” in front of customers as a power move it’s disgusting. Grew up using this location since the early 90's. My wife complained about our food being under cooked and they said she could get credit for one out of the three items ordered. Definitely a hit or miss for this one, ordered two pizzas, wings and dessert. Pizza and dessert was delicious, but the wings didn't taste the way they normally do, and there was one that was part of it's end wing.. also really small compared to usual. Also went for carry ... out and the customer service needs to be worked on as I don't think turning your back on a payment and going to the back to talk with your fellow employees is professional.
