Dark, gloomy, tight. This felt more like a hole in the wall diner. The restaurant is so small, there is a single road of tables with five booths to choose from. There is a walkway that MUST be the bare minimum for fire inspection. Along the other wall is another five ... tables, but these are bar height tables and stools. The cashier that served us treated us like we were interrupting her. I asked for clarification about a sundae, I asked if it was a chocolate fudge sundae, and she looked at me like I was from Mars. We tried to order a cone in addition to the sundae, and she refused to add it, claiming no substitutions. I eventually got through to her letting her know we want BOTH please. Read more

Incredibly poor customer service. App doesn't work so they don't honor their own coupons. No free refills because of rising costs? What's the cost on a fountain drink, 5 cents? Don't waste your time with this location.

If the owner working in the restaurant has bad quality, the staff is pretty nice. then they make food of bad quality will not surprise me. I have had the worst experience with this shop, they treat people differently. If you pay for them, they treat you friendly, if ... you are there for a delivery order, they treat you like you are dirty. l went to pick up a skip order, the employee who was working at the front was kind of racist and didn't allow me to sit on the table while I was waiting for the order to be ready, he mentioned that I couldn't sit because he then have to clean it again. he said it's only for customers even no customer stay there. They placed the disabled table just beside the small table where they assigned drivers to place their thermal bags, and they tried to let all drivers obey their rules, even though drivers were not paid by them. They just think their level is higher than drivers. I also mentioned that I could order for myself then he was like No I know you will not order. Worst service and felt racism and discrimination. Just picked up a flamethrower combo with poutine and Pepsi. Burger was literally what you would see on a commercial presentation wise, poutine too. Extremely friendly staff and the place is really clean. Food was hot and delicious after a 5min car ride home. 5/5

Wayne really went above and beyond on our sons birthday cake! I had an idea and he completely brought it to life! I was sent the mark up photo, we had a call to chat about the cake and then I receive a photo of the finished product. Stellar ... service! Our son loved his cake so much we all laughed about not being able to cut it and eat it. We took a lot of photos and admired it before enjoying it! It was delicious!
