Went for a blizzard last night to treat myself as well as have something cold on my tooth as I recently broke one and cold things help with the pain. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get to the window with only 2 cars ahead of me. The ... car in front of me got tired of waiting, pulled into a parking space and went inside to find out what was taking so long. When I did get to the window to pay, the employee was very polite and apologetic however they tried to give me soup for a blizzard. I asked them to remake it which they did right away without push back. The remade blizzard was good quality however my major negative review is this entire experience took nearly 40 minutes in total from ordering to being handed my blizzard and that's unacceptable. Ordered 2 blizzards via the drive through. Ended up waiting 15 minutes in the drive through with 1 car ahead of us at the pay/pickup window. The car ahead of us got sick of waiting and went and pulled over into a parking space (they weren't instructed to do so ... and the employee had no idea where they went until we informed her). Our blizzards were made early on in this 15 minute period, and when it was time to pay and get our blizzards they were soup. She tried to give them to us and we rejected it. They remade the blizzards right away and the new employee performed the upside down flip (like they're supposed to). Total order time: 20 minutes The blizzards were very well made/tasty. Context: It was our first time visiting this location. We arrived/ordered 25 minutes before closing time. Their kitchen was having some sort of issue (window staff told us during the initial apology for wait time/conversation about where the car ahead of us went). Conclusion: they get the 2 star review for this encounter; but, we'll give them another shot in the future and adjust the review accordingly. Remember folks, everyone has an off day at some point. I love Dairy Queen It's an amazing place to enjoy a banana split with ypur Mom and know this is a memory I'll keep in my heart. I’m disappointed how my cake turned out they didn’t spell happy birthday properly even after writing down the proper spelling for them. The second cake was over all sloppy with the writing, it looks like they made a mistake and tried to cover it.

5/5 for me. First time trying it out and it was awesome. The fries were amazing and properly fried, and the burger was heavenly. At least, better than McDonald’s. the staff were friendly and very helpful, the environment was calm and neat. Will Definitely go there again.
