Pre-order a cake with specific colours to be on it go to pick up doesn’t have those colors. Cones handed out that are broken Customer service at times nonexistent Restaurants pretty messy garbage old displays that are just crumpled up in the corner, not put away in the back or in the garbage

Ice cream is always good. Burgers need more seasoning. Staff need to smile a bit more. Just didn’t feel a enough friendliness ☺️

I went through the drive thru and the staff member who greeted me at the Window was very rude. She gave me a dirty look when I asked for a lid for my icecreams and then she practically threw the icecreams at me through the window and never even said ... thank you or have a good day/ nothing! We travelled back to Canada from US this spring. It was not until we went to DQ on Scurfield Blvd today that we had the almost perfect blizzard. Well mixed, ice cream just right and super fast. Why can’t all other DQ’s all be the same? Anyway ... good for you guys, thanks. Read more
