Customer service in this location is very poor I ordered this morning and they missed one of the order that supposed to be the lunch of my son I told them they forgot to put the burger I call them twice just to confirm if they prepared it they ... said yes but my son came home he said his burger is not in the bag.I came in around 5:45 to pick up the order that they forgot the person talk to me said the manager will talk to me because I was in the drive thru he said if I can go down when I was looking for the manager he said manager is not working and I said you said manager wants to talk to me they are laughing and talking to there langauge.I find it very rude because they didn’t apologize and they are speaking to there on language infront of customer. 3.99$ for a chicken snack meanwhile they charged me 5.99$?! When I asked for the receipt he was uncooperative with my simple request. FALSE ADVERTISING! They won't even let you use the bathroom either

Come here near on daily and always have a lovely experience. The staff make me feel very welcome and are all wonderful to talk with and always have fresh delicious food. One of the best A/W experiences I have had!

Very friendly staff. Most of the restaurants the impression sets in before the food comes because of the way the staff interact with you. The person at the counter just let out very nice vibes. Food as usual is A&W food, no changes to that. The place was clean and well kept ... too. Read more

Asked for a Twister Wrap, but wanted to swap the chicken for the plant based chicken. I understand it would have been needed to be sliced up a bit to fit in the wrap but I was told no. I don’t think it’s hard to replace the meat option with a ... veggie option if requested. Unfortunately if you’re a vegetarian who doesn’t want a “burger” you’re SOL here. Do not recommend. Read more
