Apple was very mouldy. Sold a spoiled product. Store ignored issue.

The best chocolate in town.The ice cream is also very good.A big selection and the staff are helpful and friendly.

I used to come here everytime and it had good customer service. I went there twice within a three week period and both staff were terrible. The first time, there was a bigger lady who basically rushed me out the door and got my order wrong as a result and ... did not give me everything I paid for. She was extremely rude and was visibly mad that I was there with 15 minutes left before closing. The second time I did not get everything I paid for and did not seem happy at her job. Again, I was rushed out the door. She had asked if I wanted to be part of the rewards program which I said yes and she didn't do it despite asking me. Will not recommend as staff have been rude. Employee looked like statue standing behind counter, no interest in helping. Made me say and pay for what I wanted, and repeat myself. After reaching over the trays to hand me my chocolate I asked for a bag and she said it'd be 50 cents. I spent $40 on a ... literal pound of chocolate, it was raining outside, and she had the audacity to ask me for FIFTY cents for a bag. So I'm left walking out of polo park with these two little paper bags then put them on my seat to drive home and one of them knocked over. I am not one to complain but the customer service we received today was absolutely horrendous. There were two workers one of them was upset that we had already been helped and told us “fine then” and walked off. When we went up to the woman working at the counter ... had nothing but attitude from the start. She tried to look up my phone number and couldn’t find it and in the end we ended up using our friends. She was not impressed by this. After we had paid, instead of handing us our two apples she chose to throw them on the counter where the bottom actually broke of one. I have never been so upset with the customer service put out.
