Delightful Desserts at Le Monkey Bar! I recently visited Le Monkey Bar with a group of friends and had an amazing time savoring their delightful desserts. Despite a bit of a wait, the sundaes were definitely worth it! The coconut caramel and cookies and cream sundaes were the highlights of our ... visit. The coconut caramel sundae was a delightful combination of sweetness and creaminess. The light, savory taste of the caramel perfectly complemented the rich coconut flavor, and the addition of coconut flakes provided a nice texture. The cookies and cream sundae was a true delight for cookie lovers. With actual cookies blended into the creamy goodness, each spoonful felt like indulging in a delectable cookie-filled treat. Although the location is a bit of a walk from The Forks, we decided to take the bee2gether bicycles, which added to the fun experience of our outing. Overall, Le Monkey Bar is a must-visit dessert bar for anyone with a sweet tooth. The unique flavors and high-quality ingredients make it a standout in the dessert scene. I highly recommend trying out their sundaes, and I'll definitely be returning for more sweet adventures! I’d heard great things about Le Monkey Bar and it was fine, I guess, but not what I’d expected. I suppose non-vegans may have different ice cream standards from vegans? I understand it’s a specialty product but I didn’t feel like it was great value for money. I would go again ... and try a different menu item, perhaps as the one I’d initially wanted wasn’t on the menu - but that’ll have to wait til next summer as we went the last day of the season. The ice cream is delicious. The menu is completely vegan friendly. The customers service was polite and helpful. The location is perfect if you are visiting The Forks and crossing the river. This place takes cash or debit only.
