Tried it second time still disappointed no chunks for 8+ dollars for a medium. I want a refund. Please waste of money again. Long line

Came here because the promotion in the app offered buy a medium blizzard and get a small for $3. When we were at the window the young lady said the till wouldn’t recognize the promo code and said this was a common problem and that there was nothing she could ... do. We suggested making an ‘adjustment’ on the till to honour the promo, but it wasn’t something she wasn’t able/trained to do. If your scanner/till doesn’t work, empower your employees with a way to solve the problem on the fly. We left and took our business elsewhere. Read more

Just good for walking up, ice cream is normal DQ , staff are friendly

Very cheap with the toppings in the Blizzards, pretty much soft ice cream with a few bits. Always been this way. **Edit** I'm adding a picture from the 1575 Regent DQ for comparison.
