No I waiting for a large blizzard. And when they got to the counter, the staff is very annoyed. Seeming rolling her eyes at me because I had said sorry. Just one second, Very much not service friendly

Alot people over 20. Only 1 person running tills and making ice cream treats. People waited and waited for more then 10 min and left with nothing. Sad! hire more people!

09/30/2023 we visited QD to enjoy some good reasonable ice cream, we had coupons. One $3 coupon was for a medium hot fudge sundae and the other coupon was for a $2 buster bar. The service very good and my better half’s sundae had lots of hot fudge. The buster ... bar was also very good. The evening was nice 17C so we sat out front of the store. The only thing disappointing was the smell of sewer gas at the tables. Will we go again? You bet as long as we have coupons. Read more

Good location. Even though this business is located right on portage they have dedicated stalls for parking. You can park on Ronald st right in front of the business plus behind this there are few stalls and some by the curb. They don't have drive thru.
