I could not agree more with this reviewer: "the place caters to the person who wants to eat a disgusting amount of ice-cream for a reasonable price and gives the consumer power to customize gargantuan monstrosities. However, behind the gimmickry of topping choice, the product is lack-lustre." My husband grew up ... in Winnipeg, so BDI and Sargent Sundae are nostalgic to him. I went this evening and told him if it were up to me, I would never go again. I love the bridge and atmosphere minus Jubilee and the parking lot feel, but the ice cream- yuck! Amazing retro drive in with everything from delicious soft serves to thick shakes. The milkshakes were amazing from the texture to the taste. Plus wonderful service and atmosphere. Can't recommend enough.

The quality of the ice-cream was below average. In fact, I really wouldn't recommend it. I. Am. Obsessed. This soft serve is so good, it’s like… buttery and super smooth. It’s literally making me consider moving two provinces over… Love from Alberta! I’ll be back!

Was exicted they opened one in the north area. Went for the classic and was disappointed in the serving size. Overpriced ice cream, sadly won't be going back. I miss scoops where they packed the ice cream and the kids were excited for a treat.
