This is the third time trying after two other disappointing experiences. Thought the other times just been an anomaly, but nope this place truly sucks. Dry hard cheesecake that tastes old. And to think you pay 12 bucks for this undersized unremarkable portion. My partners cheesecake was actually Frozen, you couldn't even get through ... it with a fork. The place also also had a weird vibe, the staff look like they were walking on eggshells waiting for the shoe to drop. You you honestly could get a better cheesecake at superstore. We went here to have desserts for mother's day ❤️. They immediately set up a table for us. Table for 12. It was not busy at all that time. Everyone enjoyed the dessert they picked. The popular one was the strawberry chocolate 🍰. The inside of the place was ... nice and well kept like I remembered a while back but the outside could use maintenance. $40 for 3 small pieces People liked the cake but thats ridiculous for the portion. Chocolate cake pictured as served-no bites taken but lots missing! They don’t take credit card and parking is a pain. Lots of other desert places to try. Nothing great about this place. On par with a cake from ... Sobeys. I suspect it’s store bought Canned icing as well but can’t say for sure. Read more

Amazing place for those who craving a delicious cake 🎂 wide selection for any taste, the portions are soo big that I would be surprised if you wouldn't ask for a box😅 very reasonable price, retro atmosphere, friendly staff. I do recommend cheesecake 😋

Wow, wow, wow!!! I’ve been coming here for 30 years and the place still takes my breath away! Freshly baked cheese cake and other hugely creative desserts…there is literally too much to choose from (and that is a positive!!!). This is a Winnipeg icon that you HAVE to ... experience even if you are here for just one day. Our server Jordyn was spectacular. She made sure everything was perfect, even bringing a second cappuccino out because she was worried the first one just didn’t finish correctly and may not have been perfect. All of the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. It is always a pleasure visiting a well run establishment that takes pride in their product. The desserts looked amazing and the taste even exceeded our high expectations after that! Read more
