My experience at Kawaii Crepe was quite disappointing. The crepe I ordered was poorly made and lacked the fresh ingredients they promised. The service was slow and indifferent, making the overall atmosphere quite unpleasant. The food seemed promising at first, but unfortunately, it was undercooked and tasted off. Within an ... hour of leaving the restaurant, I began experiencing severe stomach pains and discomfort. It's clear that proper hygiene and food preparation standards were not met, resulting in a very unpleasant dining experience. Not to mention, the prices were too high for the quality of food served. I order from here, at least twice a week on skip the dishes. Today I received the most dark brown, rock hard crepe I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I did not know you guys would still serve something like that to a customer? I spent $18 just to wait ... to still not be able to eat anything and have to fight with skip the dishes to get a full refund back. As the only one who got to eat the crepe was my garbage can. Super unacceptable and won’t be ordering from here anymore which sucks mostly for me but it is what it is. The fact that there wasn’t any care to send this out to a customer is all I need to know. Gluten-free crepes were amazing. I am Celiac and they were prepared safely for me! They even have a separate prep area for gluten-free items and separate utensils they use when you have a gluten allergy. I’ll definitely be going back!!

We went for dessert, we bought crapes. 2 chocolate and one chocolate with strawberries, ice cream and cream. The place it self the service was really slow. The floor was sticky and overall the place was not clean with poor hygiene. We paid almost 9$ for a simple crape with just chocolate. Our dessert was ... with sour not fresh strawberries. Cheesecake 5/5 Tiramisu 3/5 Mangolicious 4/5 I may come here again to try the cheesecake crepe. Other than that, the tiramisu was a disappointment. It had a bitter aftertaste. The service was quick and the establishment was clean during my visit.
