It’s a typical Tim Hortons. Staff is friendly. Standard cleanliness and pretty well organized.

I got a too-good-to-go surprise box, and I got really surprised. More than half of the box was bread, while it was supposed to be donuts. I wouldn't come back to this store anymore.

Just bought a quencher the whole glass was filled with ice charging 4 dollars for a glass of ice

I ordered online. When I get to the drive thru they said they can't see my order, and asked me to park and come Inside. So I go inside and show them my app where it shows my order and my receipt. They continued to say that they can't see ... my order even when I'm showing them it on my phone. They said they will not make my order for me and I will have to call in to customer service to get a refund. At this point it's been awhile and I need to go to my morning appointment so I left empty handed. No coffee and no food even though I paid for it. So I leave and call customer service and they offered me 50 points and that they can't refund me and I need to go back to the specific location for a refund. What a runaround. 1/5 stars .
