I ordered an "Double Stuffed Oreo" drink and they gave me a cookie! First of all, I was not given a receipt, I wanted to cancel, but without a receipt I was not able to cancel! Please make your employees learn the menu! Thank you🥰

Employee name gagan in evening shift was rude when I asked for my order after 10 minutes. It was a bad experience. My order was 2 bagels and a drink. I hope manager sees this review and let her know how to do good customer service.

Went through the drive thru with my husband, we ordered two drinks and one donut. We waited and waited and waited at the window for someone to take the payment and nobody came. There was a lineup of vehicles behind us. I said ok since there was about 6 customers ... inside I'll run in as my husband waits in the drive thru to get our order because I had to use the ladies room. Walked up to the door and it was locked. So I went back to the vehicle and nobody still didn't take our payment and gave us our order. So we left.... I wonder who else in line left due to lack of service? We won't be back. Good way to lose regulars that live in the area Tim Hortons Headmaster! We will still go to The Crusty Bun, Millers Meats and Rae's Bistro but avoid that Tim Hortons at all cost. Read more

Made my morning! I went through the drive through during a busy morning and was pleased by the rapid service of the crew! What especially made me happy was placing my boston cream donut glazed-side up and including a napkin. It's such a simple gesture, yet I go to many ...
