Went there on june 1 at 5:15 PM the girl at drive thru serving was rude to me when she wasn't able to scan my Tim Hortons app and lectured me on how to hold a phone rather than taking a calm approach. Ordered via the app for drive thru. Tried the new pizza. It takes a bit to get the pizza as it’s made fresh when ordered. I had to pull to the side and wait for 5 minutes. No problem with that. It came out hot and with the dip I ... ordered. I tried the pepperoni pizza with added shredded chicken on top. It was really good and the crust is perfectly crunchy. Toppings are good as well. I had a very bad experience at drive thru today i.e May 1 at 17:25. I was helped by a guy named Raj who was taking order at the drive thru. I had a slight adjustment in my order to which I heard him swear and abusing me in the ... background following which another girl overtook and completed my order. This is very unacceptable and rude. Sakib, Dami and Aayush are doing a great job. One of these 2 guys took my order through drive- thru and asked about how much ice I'd like in my cold brew. Well this was simply great service. I always order less icy drinks but sometimes miss saying so while ... placing the order and then it's too late at the window. The team is doing a good job of placing customer service at top priority and considering how busy this location is, the effort made is commendable. Read more
