Ice caps are phenomenal! They are always ready with your food before you hit the window to pay. So friendly and multicultural. Respectful and friendly.

I ordered 4 coffees, 3 DDs,one black with 3 crms on the side and 4 muffins. Because we were in a rush, we left the drive thru without checking our order. Again, the guy with the turban screwed up our order. This was not the first time by him. All 3 ... dds were TT and the black with 2 crm was a black with no crm, but with 3 sugar. What a careless person. When I see him in night shift, I noticed he is sleepy. Either he should stay home or take a day shift. What a response from the owner? Why should I waste my time again to contact them.Just take an action to improve your service and publish what you did.Its your business,not mine. Read more

I wish i could have option to give zero or Minus stars. These guys always ruin my coffee. Today to be make sure i got enough cream and sugar i ask lady that are you sure it’s as it is as requested? She said yes and right after i was ... leaving the store they were making fun of me and laughing. I hope management takes note on this because this is second or third time they did that. Thanks. I visited yesterday, the team member Jeevanjot working on window was so nice; I wish every tim hortons have employees like her. Definitely I am grabbing my coffee every day from them :)

Overrated all across the world. Ordered Mocha, Hot Chocolate and it was not close to anything that it is compared with when it comes to American counterparts. Mocha was not at all close to what Mocha is at Starbucks, Caribou or local cafés across US. What is great about the place ... is huge selection of pastries, sandwiches, bagels, etc. Service was also mediocre at best. Read more
