Very poor service. The staff here is always rude n talking loudly their own personal issues, they don’t care about the customer n their food which we are getting after paying money to them. Burnt food n bagel Very irresponsible staff n service.

I was trying to give this place many chances but every time it still disappoints. It starts with almost every time I go through drive thru my order is wrong. It will be right on the screen but it is never made right, Then any other time I stop by ... they are always out of everything. I Don't know of a time they ever have cookies on their shelves. The last time I was there they were out of bacon. I am just sick of them not Stocking their baked goods. If I was going at 3am I understand but this is often throughout the day and evening. Very frustrating when you have kids in the car wanting a special treat. I have also encountered a woman working drive thru many times who is extremely rude and basically yells at me if I say my coffee is made wrong. How is that my fault? Read more

Normally i would let this go but got a large piece of plastic in chillie not acceptable at all and wont risk buying again . Quality is clearly not necessary . Thanks for making my food and all health protocols a joke. I recently ordered a chicken wrap from this tim hortons, and to my dismay, I found hair in it not once, but multiple times. This is utterly unacceptable and speaks volumes about the hygiene standards at this establishment. Upon discovering the ... hair, I immediately lost my appetite and felt disgusted. It’s deeply concerning that such a basic aspect of food preparation, hygiene, is being overlooked. Not only is finding hair in food unappetizing, but it also raises serious health concerns. I expected better from a reputable chain like Tim Hortons. This experience has left me with a complete lack of trust in their ability to provide safe and hygienic food. Completely mangled my breakfast sandwich, and didn’t cut my husband’s bagel in half. Had to ask 3 times for ketchup.
